      Thanks! You might want to check your ISO settings or maybe its just a lighting issue (it’s been so overcast lately). High ISO settings and/or poor lighting will make the photo appear grainy. There is also an auto setting on most cameras, but the camera doesn’t always pick the lowest ISO setting. I was trying to take pictures in the shade, for example, and my camera kept defaulting to 800 ISO and all of them came out grainy, too. Try some lower settings and see how they turn out…
